CS Nakhumicha, trade unions call for arrest of a woman captured assaulting a health worker in Busia
The Ministry of Health and Health Unions have condemned the attack on a healthcare provider at Port Victoria Sub County Hospital in Busia. Valentine. It's true some Heath workers are nasty. But as a mother or leader you try to moderate but not blow it out.
Whatever is an emergency to you is not an emergency to everyone
in public hospitals they offer poor services only because they think they only serve poor people. before you accuse the woman who was causing violence let us know how the government deal with doctors who sell newborn children of poor mothers in public hospitals
To be honest I don’t support what this unreasonable CS said. I wish she can go herself in those hospitals and see what patients go through in the hands of so called nurses and doctors in public hospitals. What does she mean when saying that patients should wait patiently? What if it’s an emergency?
i think they are taking this too far. it takes one to know another, fellow nurse knows how rude they can be and she reacted. cs train your nurses to be professional and respectful as well. professionalism doesnt come from not fighting back
You don't know what you are reporting.

😂😅😂 hot air madam calm down you don't know this doctors sometimes they work as if they own the hospitals.Although i congratulate those who knows why they are there.
Unatetea ujinga ati my health worker 😂😂
Unatetea ujinga ati my health worker 😂😂
I wish ungekua unaongea kuhusu ukosefu wa madawa hospitals na ulegevu madaktari kazini
So such a minor issue, attracts the CS attention, and major issues like hospital insurance not working is not attracting her attention.🤔
A patient can only wait patiently to be served depending on the condition of the patient in question. What of an a road accident victim bleeding all over the body and deserves the urgent medical care to save his/her life? Will you put such a patient to queque????I don't support the harassing of the medical staff, but the medical staff must also not harass the patients hence provoking the anger of patients. What exactly did the medical staff do that provoked the anger,of this man and woman?Whatever provoked the anger of the man and woman needs to be probed. We were not in the hospital when that fiasco started and we cannot be quick to give the the 100% monopoly of truth and support to either the man and woman or the medical staff before knowing the details of what exactly caused such quarrels. They have the details to their nitty gritties.
Kuja KNH upate adabu…….
Who is protecting these individuals?
Code grey. Whatever unit, code grey.
CS Nakhumicha, kindly be sober when addressing such issues. You're a leader and try to absorb heat, relax and find out what happened.
Medical staff somtimes lack touching heart, empathy, comfort whenever dealing with patients.
She should also come out and condemn health workers who neglect patients in hospitals.Check out constant complaints at mama Lucy hospital.
understaffing, poor payment, delayed payed,, lack of equipment,, healthcare works wausuffwe sana
Aende avunje nurses wa Kenyatta na mama Lucy 😂
A theatre technical student,!! So,she is in the same ministry!!
I wonder what type of health worker she will be after her graduation?
There are shortcomings in every sector yes,but two wrongs does not make a right.
Truth be told and I'm speaking from experience, healthcare workers in public facilities are slow and openly exhibit lack of care and empathy to patients and their relatives. They do their jobs as though they are forced which makes me wonder why they applied to serve under such capacities in the first place. NKT!
Nurses are most rude people. My opinion
We do not belong to you Madam CS. We serve Kenyans and therefore, belong to Kenyans. Next time say Kenyan Nurses.
They should serve as an example…the harrser though her boyfriend will protect her 😂
Uyu aguze department yangu tutaenda war
Very unfortunate.
C angemtibu basi kama yeye ni daktari nkt..
In medical facilities the clients who have little medical background or little education are normally sturbon
