Crypto King will never return the millions of pounds to the people now. Where has he hidden that billionaire of money? He leaves jail he is watched for several years. So, no one in the USA tries to get their Avengers because they invest in his company. Some will expert the punishment, while others will want their money back still and others people planning the Avenger. The bigger problem is why the government agency did not stop him soon and check the amount of cash in was having. People expect government agencies to stop bad companies early and not take too much wealth from investing.

Good news is that Bankman-Fried made good on his political donation before regulators could freeze his accounts. Converted a boatload of crypto into cash, got $38 million to Biden-Harris during 2020. It worked. And he will have his sentence commuted once the dust clears and the public is on to the next headline.

He will never do 25 years. He is Jewish so there will be plenty of powerful people who will be helping him behind the scenes to get his sentence reduced on appeal. I imagine it will be reduced to 10 years and he will probably serve half that before getting paroled at a club Fed prison. Then he will be made wealthy by book and film deals.
