3. Mzee Ruto does not like his country's neighbors(Tanzania, Uganda,etc),as
   he considers Kenya to be superior to the neighboring countries. He should concentrate
   on bringing law and order to his own country first where everyday girls and women
   are brutally killed by his own countrymen. And his country's economy on a free fall.
