The Federation of Kenya Employers -FKE has written to employers asking them to stop effecting housing tax deductions in line with a court of appeal decision that rejected continuation of the unconstitutional tax.

This was an interim ruling. The Court of Appeal is yet to make a final judgment. When it does, Ruto will charge taxes retroactively. Mtalia kwa choo. I'm not happy about the possibility either btw.
