Court in Eswatini postpones case of suspects in AKA, Tibz murders – Dr Curlewis


The Manzini Magistrate’s Court in Eswatini has postponed the case of two men implicated in the murder of rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and his friend, renowned chef – Tebello “Tibs’ Motsoane to next week Tuesday.

The matter has been postponed pending the lodging of a formal extradition application.

  4. Mr Curlewis is correct on everything except for the part that he sees no reason for the court to deny the extradition.This is about customary international law and the magistrate has to consider the counter offer by the accused party.This case is moot.

  5. Those phones must be kept securely they might be some leads in them since they(suspects)were caught unexpectedly meaning they didnt have time to delete the recent calls and chats with their co accused.
