Yes , there are a few countries where we can live for the next four years and stay there if the MAGA MORONS elect Donald Trump Junior😂😂😂
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!
It took me four years to discover that forecasting the market based on charts is pointless; you never know what will happen. I have a little over 250k i wanted to put in the markets but I don’t know what direction to head now. Any guidance in this regard would be much valued.
Watch the taxes if you want to rent them out.
Half the countries mentioned are EU members. Unless you hold an EU passport obtaining the essential visa, residence and work permits is difficult.
Lol mostly European countries where the cost of living is the highest in the world.
My only concern is language barrier…. I am having a hard time picking up foreign languages….
Spain hates english speakers and is stopping all tourism, let alone purchasers, I used to be a realtor there, so I saw it firsthand
Greece is under communist rule, and has several hoops you have to jump through to buy. Italy and France you have to pay 22% purchase tax, which means a 100,000 grand house will cost you an extra 22,000 on top, so check your budget
I recently sold my condo for $400k and i want to invest the money in the stock market. However, it appears the market is at an all-time high. Should I invest elsewhere or wait for a market correction?
As a beginner what do I need to do? How can I invest, on which platform? If you know any please share.
you can buy in anywhere you want for this money 😆

When you here people who are in great financial health, asking advice on a subject they know the answer to already..is low key showing off. Trust what got you here so far and chill with gloating.
My family and I moved to Minneapolis a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? I heard Nvidia and AMD are strong buys.
Folks check Burgas in Bulgaria. Really nice place to retire. 1-2 br apartment at 1 line of the shoreline is around 90k-100k $
You should make a content on how to earn 6 figures in monthly profits cos I've been reading about investors making up as much and I'd really love to know how to such substantial profit in this current market.
Ecuador uhm Google says dangerous for female travelers.
Asking a real estate agent whether you should buy a home right now is like to asking an alcoholic whether they think you should have a drink lol. Homes in my neighbourhood that cost around $450k in sales in 2019 are now going for $800 to $950k. Every seller in my neighbourhood is currently making a $350k profit. Simply unreal. In all honesty, deflation is what we require. The only other option is for many people to go bankrupt, which would also be bad for the economy. That is the only way to return to normal.
your way of conveying apartment content is so engaging, i like your light and engaging content, and your channel
