I love this fish and my recipe of how to prepare it
Tips
1.the fish must be iced and pour hot water at the dead fish then u scrub it ☺then wait for it to melt or defrost it the microwave which will smell after😮💨
2.use foil paper to not smell.
3.u can just dice the onions and etc then u mix with mayo then put it inside the fish🤤
4.preheat the oven 190 degrees or any degree.
5.to know the fish is ready the water coming out of the fish is drained up and the fish is smelling delicious 😋
6. Use any spice as long as it is fish spice or kapana spice🥲

I gave up and cooked with scales. They're so difficult. But now I see how to do it. Also it had a fishy smell l think I needed to roast it first before stewing
u should debone angel fish, those bones are dangerous
