  1. First make a thin paste , add to the low boiling water, and stir, reduce heat, and add more to the desired consistency. cover, stir after 10 minutes and voila, done!!!!

  2. I wish I could join in and eat with you. The food looks delicious. I haven't eaten that in such a long time. Oh, I forgot to say that you were correct to eat everything with your hand. 😁👍

  3. It pained me that he didn't use the pork hock/trotter meat and skin. What a shame😢 Other than that, it looked effing amazing and I really want to try making it! I love the channel! Keep it up!!!

  4. B on the overall meal, pap could have been thicker
A+ on the hand eating technique, it was top notch
oh the clumping of the pap was funny AF, yah that requires some skill except we don't have the luxury to redo so we eat as is if toy can't remove the clumps (mangope)

  5. The pap was too wet it needs to be pounded whilst cooking till it’s thick and you can roll in in a ball in your fingers
The pot they cook in is a potje
    And the Morogo is chakalaka
I grew up in Zimbabwe or rhodesia as it was in the day

  6. You must have heard to modern rant about bay leaves? How pointless they are, etc? Modern mass produced bay leaves really are ponitless, they have no flavour at all. If you grow you own or buy from a small producer then then can add a difference.
