whats i notes a banana you use suppose to be same breed of matoke ,some banana need to be boiled for long on water not by steam

Those are not Ugandan matooke , there are so many types and different ways of cooking it but still she lucked leaves and its put in a source pan with water 🤦 sorry Rose because once you open it before its ready you can't cook it again coz it will turn into black ❤guys matoke and luwombo they're so so swt i miss it😢
