Wow

Your turkey wings didn’t look like they stuck to the frying pan.

What did you do to eliminate the turkey wings from sticking to the pan while frying?

What is the Heinz dressing please?🤤

@MsSandyAGo

First, I must start by saying that your voice over is awesome! I love how soothing yet exciting your voice is when you give instruction and describe how the dish is going to taste. You sound as if you already have a professional cooking show! Now…with that said, I made this dish last night but I used beef neckbones. OMG!!!!! Because I used beef, I let it marinate longer and cook longer and it was AMAZING even before I fried it!! My rice broke though…that kinda made me sad. I'm not sure why. I don't think I used the right kind of jasmine rice, I used tomato puree instead of paste(I didn't have any), and I roasted 3 roma tomatoes to compensate(rookie move, I know) but the flavor profile was so outstanding that I didn't care. I can't wait to try more of your dishes! You're a really great host and cook! Thank you for what you do!

@auntyceliaskitchen

yummy

@BA-lo6ro

Thank you so much. You’re no water tip really helped me not spoil my jollof. It would always end up soggy when I would use Jasmine rice. This time it was perfect! Thank you 💕

@benjamingodwyll309

This will be delicious

@genevekisson8639

What's the name of your blender

@magymaxy

Thank you for this detailed recipe, I will like to try it this Christmas. Did you blend the cardamom with the pod or you opened it to get the seeds?

@iits_kayy

Yummy 😋. I’m coming to your party. In Guyana 🇬🇾, we called the rice ‘Palau “

@zenmama2107

Great recipe I will try this! In Senegal we steam the rice before we add to the broth.

@sap4448

Great recipe!! I have a question. What is the difference between using a paper towel and patchment paper to cover the rice?
