What's the best way to prepare onugbu leaves without losing the nutrients? How many washes will it take?
My mum came up with this idea as well many years ago when she couldn't get her hands on cocoyam because we moved to a different country. Definitely much healthier and surprisingly you don't actually miss eating the original fufu when you start eating this. Great video!
