Despite the brutality of BKFC, its starting to win me over. One thing i think a lot of these organizations do is gloss over the bonus pay they give out. If i was involved with an organization, i would make the "bonus payout", an event in of itself. Get some local car dealerships to donate some trucks and hand out new trucks/cars and include that to the top three winners. Make a huge press conference in which you hand out the checks along with the keys. I personally love seeing that type of stuff.
