Have been to Sud Kivu, in Baraka there is a presence of Congolese soldiers, very unproffessionals at the Lodge I was staying it happened that a top soldier was also there, some soldiers were manning the gate, the day I left I gave 10,000 Congolese francs to the Soldiers at the gate, the gu y stood firm and saluted me, on the roads its even bullshit this soldiers have erected gates collecting cash from travellers, from what I observed that army is no army just a bunch of guys armed and underpaid, I don't think they can fight any meaningful army.
If you can't even defeat M23 then don't dream about defeating Rwanda.

MG Chico Tchitambwe has been taken to the 1st Defence zone to the west. Pacifique Masunsu has taken over the third Defence zone (about 5 provinces in the Eastern DRC).
