Since Jost gives a reliably boring performance, why didn't they hire Michele Wolfe again this year to poke fun at the deaths in Gaza? She specializes in disgusting jokes that particular audience wants to hear, but at least they won't doze off.

Award winners?? For what? Journalism is a dying profession. I do not read articles anymore. The salacious headlines are enough to let you know it is full of lies. Most of them require 4 people to write it, and of course they are totally biased, it is blatantly obvious, and yet you cannot respond to challenge them on it. Regarding Trump in the bogus trials, have you ever shut your eyes to block everything out and really take in what is being said? It helps one concentrate more. Trump has more energy then most in that room.
