  11. Hi Gugu. The second house is a beaut and the area doesn't look bad at all. My two cents –

    1. Try and find a buyer's agent, that is an agent who will source on your behalf, often before houses are even put on the market.

    2. If you are planning to start a family, consider promiximity to schools that you would want your kids to attend. I.e. afrikaans vs english medium.

    3. You could also rent in the area of house two first before committing to buy there.

  14. Honestly i love the second house its giving family and all that but um 💯 you can look for something within those vibes .
    And honestly concerning chicken feets if you are an original follower you will know @sine she will never like never say anything to make anyone feel like she is more important or rich 😔😔😔 honestly i think you guys are getting the whole thing the wrong way cause we are a happy family here and we know what struggle is 🤣🤣🤣🤣🙏🤣🤣

The second house is giving forever home/family home………it's giving kids playing in the yard hosting kid's birthday parties e.t.c it's just giving family you know …….the neighbourhood is good and quiete and because it is old and most houses will be renovated/sold the area value will increase over the years ………..but above all I'll take a stand alone yard over those gated clusters they can get quite crowded

  21. Hey Gugu, thank you for the vlog, you never disappoint. In terms of property, your neighbours are very important. Your property price will largely weigh a lot on what your neighbours are doing (even more so for stand-alone properties), you can have top-class finishes but that can be diminished by what is happening in the area.

I'm still not understanding where u guys got the impression that Gugu was belittling people when she spoke about food because she did say that's what she buys but her husband is the one who buys expensive food those were her words meaning still buys that kind of food and will never down upon…unfortunately you heard what u wanted to hear and took offense for something that didn't mean any harm.

  30. The second house is nice but it’s got way too many entrances/exits you would need a strategy to manage those in order to stay secure. Otherwise an absolute beaut which is functional as well.

  36. You never buy the most expensive house in the neighborhood. But the cheapest house in a great neighborhood rather than the nicest house in a good neighborhood. That way the prices of the homes around you push up the value of your home instead of pulling it down
