The only problem with Rwanda is the common population can't speak any western language. It totally brings the country's potential down and let you think they live isolated from the rest of the world

I visited Kigali this past June and found it so attractive and clean. When I was there though, I was surprised to be accosted by beggars almost all the time, some were quite aggressive. I'm guessing this is new, perhaps caused by the economic downturn since the pandemic.

But I did notice sand on the roads in your video. Why I paid attention is bcs I currently live in Kinshasa and sand is a major problem here, garbage also. In some streets people literally walk on garbage, I am not writing about slums, but the middle-class neighbourhoods.
