  1. Thank you for presenting this interview. Regardless of what the powers that be think, Chris did an amazing thing that day. As far as “the man on the road” goes, I don’t believe in coincidences. Chris was meant to be blessed many times that day.

  2. The UK military screwed the pooch on this guy. How you gonna not rehab a guy with that many injuries!? He was very lucky he wasn't permanently seriously disabled. They jettisoned his knowledge and experience. They criticize him for even talking to US government officials and they never thanked him. Seems the UK government is as mind numbingly stupid as the current US government.

  3. I have never watched a podcast I've related to more. I can tell you now Christian hasn't overcome his past, being bullied. Neither have I. The older we get the more we drive it down deep. Talking about those things hurts more than we can deal with comfortably.

  4. I grew up bullied as well, joined the service myself didn't go all out bad ass like this guy did but I can completely relate to the comment " I'm glad it was me cause I could take it" The same still applies to this day at 52 years old.

  5. Not to get all spiritual on you, but the knife was a zulfiqar (literally translates to bifracated- two tips) and it's usually worn by Shia Muslims.

My guy met a real life djinn that day, and he was blessed by one. Very rare.

  6. I would love to spend a day in the presence of this young man. But even after a 1,000 years, the depths of who he is still would not have been experienced. I would absolutely love to meet, to work alongside this man. What an honor it would be.

  7. Just caught this now but this was really great thank you to all involved. The world seems to be going off track but I am glad there are guys like Chris and Shawn out there.

  8. I am a BIG fan of yours from
Kenya 🇰🇪 Shawn. Thanks for having Christian Craighead on. We watched live on TV as he went in, absolute badass. Saved lives and kicked ass. Salute him 🫡✊🏿

  9. I’ve watched literally ever episode on Shawn’s channel more than once and I can’t stand to watch this episode this dude knew what he was getting him self into talking about and he wouldn’t talk about nothing

  10. Just wanted to say thanks for fighting against the IRA. My dad moved our family to USA after we were blown up outside Harrods by a Semtex bomb. Ironically placed by former British servicemen trying to prove their worth to Gerry Adams and the IRA (which heads up were funded by the USA). I was one of the survivors of the Harrods bombing (I was an infant). Luckily my family all survived. Regardless, it was sketchy in the early 90s still in UK. Many Protestants were slaughtered by the IRA. Keep being awesome Christian. I hope you find something that fills your soul. Keep spreading good messages

  11. I loved this episode, Christian is a humble, smart and very interesting man. Have huge respect and pride for him. The only thing I'd disagree with is about 9/11. I signed up for SASR selection because of 9/11….I wasn't aware this was rare at the time. 9/11 was a turning point in history, at least for me.
