  1. I don't have a good relationship with my neglectful mom. She is old and I do very little to help her. I get triggered around her. Time does not absolve trauma and abuse.

  2. Not true that we will treat them as they treated us, my mom was a Heroin /alcholic/Narcassist, and she is now 73 with dimentia, my plan is to love her the way she never loved❤and was never truly loved

  3. I have had to have alot of forgiveness for my parents. Even for things they still do. I think they loved me as much as they could, but I didn't feel unconditionally loved as a child. Still don't. Always felt like a burden. I think it's all they had to give. My brother killed himself. I think they suffered enough
