I would advice you to boil the chicken for 10 minutes in barely covering water and 2 mashed lemons with their juices, this will cleanse the chicken of any chemicals and froth👍🏻.
Do you boil the veggies or yoou just add them uncooked?

I was taught not to pour water directly on your meat but more to the side as this would prevent washing off the taste and flavour off what you cooking lol. Looks good thou. Will def try that.
