Is there such a thing as a fancy casserole? I would like to see Josh’s take on that. And if it’s not a thing, he should make it a thing.

potato peeler on the cabbage will yield better results. I saw a Japanese instagram cook guy do it to top the katsu dishes. Cabbage is S tier when it comes to salads but it HAS to be that thinly sliced. Might even look into getting a mandolin
