  1. I have been vegan for 3 years and it has been a good experience for me. Most of my friends are not vegan and I have no problem with people or finding things to eat. I do a lot of stir friends, beans and I make my own pies. I feel good and I don't try to convert people to do what I am doing. I am secure in myself and I just live the way I choose. Peace and blessings to everyone.

  2. While I'm not a Vegan, I can't tell you the immense pride I felt watching a documentary by Black Americans meant to advise and uplift Black Americans. The positivity just flowed from this production. I love my people I could not be prouder of all involved who made this happen.

    Well done!

  3. It is wonderful to see and hear how you present this information. It is also funny how the white people don't like us but they are so into pumping up their butts and lips, as well as out in the sun to get our color. How crazy is that.

  4. Y'all know that until evolution eliminates our canine teeth, humans will probably enjoy and be able to safely digest meat. However, it is an unsustainable diet for the planet. I do believe America in particular has marketed and promoted a meat-based diet, and overall we would eliminate some illnesses by eating more vegetarian. I love making vegetarian lasagna. But can somebody come up with better fake cheese? Vegan cheese is the pits.

  5. It is ignorant to call it white people food. It is human food. I don’t care if you’re black or white if you keep focusing on race that is foolish. To use a car reference,A white Mercedes Benz uses same oil as a black Mercedes benz.

  6. It's a nice video. But explain why black Americans are so focused on comparing there life to whites. When I'm anywhere two black men constantly bring up comparisons non stop. What is the reason for that. She's embarrassed to be vegan because it's white to be. But once she learned there are black vegans mow she's on board. Me saying you stay imprisoned by your own prejudice thought is not that far fetched. You love to insult whites. About everything they do. Until you find the roots of what you're doing is from Africa.

  7. I looove this video… I'm still watching it, but while watching everytime points I kept sending this video to different ppl. I sent it out 5x's already and I'm not done yet. Now I'm on the lack of sexual function… thank you more πŸ˜‚

  8. I get laughed at, too, by ppl when they asked want I'm going to eat for the day? I tell them them in detail and they said you been around those white ppl to long. Smh because that's so irritating 😒

  9. I understand the last part …. But why didn't they mentioned pasture raised meat their is a difference i agree with somethings in the video but their kind of ignorant have they ever heard of wild caught salmon smh and if you want avoid mecury eat the small fish sardines and light tuna etc

  10. I remember finding ancestors report and feeling almost embarrassed that my ancestors were β€œjust” farmers but now that I am older I have suggest an appreciation at the notions they were farmers. I now honor them and am trying to get back into growing my own foods and teaching myself and son in the process. It is important that we reconnect with earth, the universe, and our spiritual connections

  11. Wow wow wow!!! I am sharing this with my family and friends. The crazy thing is I know the benefits of this life, I once went vegetarian for 3 years. I go through phases where I juice or don’t eat meat for months but as soon as I visit my family I am pulled back into to eating for my death not my health. I am done, no more. As a healthcare professional for more than half my life, I know better. No more gambling with my health. Thank you

  12. I have tried in the past but I didn't know how and didn't know what I needed to eat to stay healthy. Now with so much information at my fingertips, I want to become a raw vegan. I have started. One day I was at work and I did not prepare my lunch so I went to Burger King and had the original chicken sandwich, later my stomach was bloated and I was miserable all day and right now which is the next day. I know now it is extremely important to pre-plan my meals. I am learning what I need to eat for the proteins and vitamins I need , I hope it's psychological that I feel I can't concentrate on thinking straight at work, that I need to eat more, and sometimes I skip eating at all. I've noticed, I feel better, I've got to learn recipes. I exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour per day, being 62 and having dementia I feel makes a lifestyle change difficult. I will keep watching videos and get being a raw vegan together and Keep meat, starch, and sugar out of my mouth. Thank you for doing the beautiful videos thank you for being a true soldier, and you are phenomenal. I feel that their ar not enough words in the vocabulary for me to explain how I feel watching your videos, and it's as though it is not enough to say, 'thank you' but THANK YOU and God bless you.
