  3. Yet Another amazing recipe.. we have family members who are from Tanzania and Aruba and they make these dishes.. I never cooked with coconut milk in Indian recipes as I am from west Gujarat origins but living in uk since last 40 yrs. I cook lot of West Indian Caribbean food with coconut milk. I add to other recipes now too specially because we were vegetarian but are vegan now. Thank you
