So glad I found this channel! 6 days 23:08 in. Yeah, I'm scared about the shortages and what's going to happen 23:11 after I run out in 3 weeks. Yeah, my A1c started at 5.9 (pre-diabetic). Yeah, I'm still not where I need to be. Nonetheless OMG I am down 4.8 lbs and over 3" between my arms, hips,and waist. Little to NO food noise. YESSSSSSS !!!! WHOODAT!!!!

I am due for my 6th shot of 2. 5mg tommorow. Hunger has come back with a vengeance last few days! Unsatiatible, and it's not like I haven't are enough protein or calories. Should I try to stick it out and try a different site tommorow or move up?
Girl i went to 2 work out classes this week and stayed the whole class. That’s a victory. Cause i went in saying i was gonna leave if i couldn’t do it. I haven’t worked out in years.
Any tips on how to get it? On week 3 of 2.5 and got titrated up to 5 but cannot find it.
I’m really happy for you Ang . But I’ve been on Zepbound for almost two months now and haven’t lost anything. My doctor keeps titrating me up. I’m now on 7.5 but haven’t been able to start it because it’s on back order 😢
