  1. Most of the people in the anti-dark skin women pages are in fact, dark skin, black women who don’t want to look like haters. I’m glad you don’t give them the time of day.

  2. What I gathered from this as a BW with 3C natural hair and White & Creole grandparents is that I would rather copy the strategy of wearing braids and weaves during the cold, windy winter months in order to create growth spurts without worrying if my hair is gonna be unable to grow. — I’ve stopped idolizing hair products and vitamins at this point because they nurture my hair instead of my hair being dependent on it (especially as I age).

  3. 10:55 I just don't understand some of your believes. Black Americans are 12% of the population. If women are 50% of that i.e. 6% of the total population, how can you have the biggest purchasing power in the country. Especially when you realize that most people in that community belong to a lower socio-economic status. I just don't think it helps anyone to be delusional. Yes I know Black American women buy a lot of hair and beauty producs, but there is no way you makeup for lower population period.

  4. I haven’t tried secred and I am not interested in doing that. I have been natural for 13 years, so I passed my trial and error days. I have 4B/4C hair, the brands that I use are Giovanni, African Pride, Mielle Organic , Curls , and Carol Daughters. These products work for me. I have colored, cut , big chop so many times and these products plus going to my hairdresser regularly helped my hair to remain healthy at every stage of my journey. ✨🥰

  5. I could care less about Beyonce. She is boring to me, her music and voice is just..basic. sorry beehive, I will take the hate. Just not into her. So I won't ever be using her line.

    I like Melanin Hair Care.

  6. I’m not mixed and my hair is long and super thick. Non black women fawn over my hair all of the time. I don’t understand the Beyoncé worship that some black women have.

  7. I use castor oil and natural gel so my hair doesnt flake! I used flaxseed gel, but it flakes a little so i might add castor oil to it or just use okra gel. I use lighter oils to make my hair look shiny and i blow out my hair on cool when its wet so its strechted, less single strand knots/breakage. the trick is with blowdrying i NEVER use heat, i have the revair that my bf bought me & that has been a game changer because now i blow with cool air and i use it whilst twisting my hair for more strech. I dont use any creams or greese because that causes too much buildup which = more breakage when detangling that gunk,

Product wise though i use white rain shampoo & conditoner & i use some deep conditoner too, if my hair feels dry i use a thin layer of deep conditoner so my hair feels nice but not too much or flaking & tangles will happen

Also as a gen Z, your completely spot on! I don't care for beyonce that much, honestly if Megan sold hair products they'd sell like hot cakes because she has curiler hair & shes just more.. Intuned with her audience. Beyonce makes country music now and it sucks 😭 Idk… She's very bland to me. I see millennials & gen Y's go crazy over her though but their beauty standards are so outdated, colorist and racist & the comments under that video shows. I saw her video, opened up the comments rolled my eyes & scrolled 🙄. Its clear the people who shes pandering too/gasing her up are insecure, typically colorist people and i stay away from that and i can just smell it from afar. It makes me think whatever is being talked is corny.. and im right most times. I think gen Z black woman like myself just focus more on what we like instead of trying to explain anything anymore. I dont think most gen Z black ladies are on the same wave as me but a shift is happening and im here for it!

  8. There are ONLY two typed Straight and Kinky. Depending on your texture(size of the hair strand), you should use products that work specifically to your hair texture and type. Type four hair is not a type of hair, it's a number.

  9. I've had locs since 2017 and don't plan to comb them out or cut them anytime soon. I use Carol's Daughter (I know) bv shampoo and leave in, Giovanni or sometimes Shea Moisture (i know) shea butter products because they smell so good. I probably won't try Cecred for now

  10. I've stay with these lines since 2017 Eden bodyworks, Camille Rose, Mixed Chicks, Kinky Curly, Design essentials and Pantene Gold series since 2012 ♥

  11. Well cleverer hair treatment is award winning already and she is selling without actual discounts. Products sell themselves and she is targeting all hair types anyone who care. Best products indeed.

  12. I have not used any of Beyonce’s hairline products nor do I plan on purchasing any of the products. The only hair brand I have been using for the past couple years is Designer Essentials. I love their conditioner/Leave in conditioner. It works great for my hair. I have low porosity hair and I have 4A/4B hair.

  13. Goldman Sach's 10billion investment is just pish posh. Just hair texture and length and gorsh. Other people can see the worth and potential, but the BW just on the same ole nonsense

  14. Beyoncé’s products have never sold well. Not Derion Jeans, not Ivey Park, and I expect Cecred won’t either. She played the aloof game from jump. She wanted everyone to focus on her music only so that is what we will do! Music only!🤷🏾‍♀️

  15. I don't get how people don't believe that's Beyoncé's hair when she's almost a billionaire and has access to the best products etc. Either way she's always had long hair even as a child and I agree with Chrissie in regard to black women and our hair

  16. I used the Melanin Hair Care line since the products came out and it has grown my hair 5 inches. I recommend the multi-use conditioner and the oil as this combination helped me retain length. The conditoner makes my hair easy to detangle, I have 4b natural hair, and my go to protective style are twist.

  17. I used the Melanin hair care line by Naptural85 since it came out and it has grown my hair 5 inches. It makes my hair softer and have more slip to detangle after washing my hair. I recommend the multi-use conditioner and oil as this combination really strengthened my hair.

  18. Congraduations Queen Beyonce on all your accomplishments. I am here for it all; fashion, songs, movies, concerts, entertainment, products, merch and history lessons. Best entertainment for my money. Seen them all. Let the haters get their lives.😊

  19. This was a great representation for us black women. Thanks Queen. ❤❤❤. OH, I’m loc’d and I use blue magic grease from the 80’s. My hair is down my back.

  20. I am NOT buying her products. She's marketing these expensive products to regular working class? Besides, my hair is already long and healthy without this. Just saying…
Thanks for this video Chrissie. I'm not mixed either.
I use Biotin Shampoo and conditioner and I use Aloe juice from the actual plant with the conditioner.
I have found clove water with rosemary to be very good on my scalp between washes. I spritz a little on about 3 times a week leading up to wash day

  21. I have traditional locs.
