Interesting interview. There is a branch of psychology called industrial psychology which embodies almost all that she spoke about. So yes if you are in any form of Counselling you should have studies some form of psychology or refer to a trained psychologist if a client need some more professional attention. #my-take

I have always been passionate abut career guidance, since grade 12. Our guidance counsellor lacked the enthusiasm to engage us with our own careers. She made notes on the school board, of all the careers and requirements, and we had to write all the information in our books. Today, I see many youth, as well as adults, that never pursued their dream careers.
That was one great episode with much needed questions and answers throwing insights on career counselling profession! Thank you so much both the anchor and the career strategist 🙏✨️❤️😊
