  1. "Hope is not strategy" this is nostalgic, i have learnt a lot from this presentation… Kindly can you share the contact details for Madam Naa Lamie Lampte…..I really need such kind of guidance

  2. Interesting interview. There is a branch of psychology called industrial psychology which embodies almost all that she spoke about. So yes if you are in any form of Counselling you should have studies some form of psychology or refer to a trained psychologist if a client need some more professional attention. #my-take

  3. I have always been passionate abut career guidance, since grade 12. Our guidance counsellor lacked the enthusiasm to engage us with our own careers. She made notes on the school board, of all the careers and requirements, and we had to write all the information in our books. Today, I see many youth, as well as adults, that never pursued their dream careers.

  4. That was one great episode with much needed questions and answers throwing insights on career counselling profession! Thank you so much both the anchor and the career strategist 🙏✨️❤️😊

  5. I really enjoyed listening to this interview. It gave me a lot of insight on career counseling, and the thought process that goes into selecting a career. I am strongly considering going to a career counselor now, so thank you!
