  1. Can you please talk about how to lose water weight ? I started with the gym 3 months ago and I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ve been losing water weight that’s why my whole body was always so bloated. My personal trainer said that it was WW, I did a 3day juice cleanse and let me tell you how much I peed and how less puffy I am now. My workout consists of a good mix of weight training and cardio but it’s really my diet still holding me back. I’m working on that tho 😅🥺

  2. Part 2 please. Cause now I’m thinking I shouldn’t go but so hard off the rip if I’m going to need space to increase. At the moment I do 3 weight training days and it’s full body. I don’t feel like going through mental anguish over which body part to do on whatever day. I do cardio in between , which is the elliptical for 30-45 minutes. So everyday I’m doing something. I honestly base an off day by my ache from weight training. If I feel good to go then I keep moving an consider it an active rest day ( literally just walk on the treadmill) . I gave noticed I look the smallest or feel a weight drop after recovery days and do now I’m like oh! Your body does change when it rests . Anyways… I just want to know what the heck to do now.

  3. At 7:48 did everyone else face changed? 😂 Look at that cutie pie!!!! Ahhhh! C’mere kitty! 🐱
Also, you’re suppose to change your workout periodically? I thought you find what works for you and stick to it for the rest of your life. 😩 just thinking about it is tiring lol.

  4. definitely part two. i’m back with my fitness journey and counting calories again. i’m trying to get the most consistent w it and go to the gym at least 3 times a week. small progress as far as not breaking a sweat post cardio but still taking it day by day
