Captured Congo Soldiers Decry Abandonment as M23 Rebels Advance | News9

Congo’s M23 rebels have moved about 2,400 captured Congolese army (FARDC) soldiers to a training camp in Rutshuru, the rebels said on Thursday (January 30) following their recent capture of Goma and continued southward advance towards Bukavu.
