Yes!!! 99% Europeans that have worked years and years to afford these homes!!! Owned by overseas business executives that makes it a "steal" because of the rate of exchange!!!
Lastly…..not like the ANC officials and members of parliament that became superwealthy overnight…..Mmmmm….and the truth will set you free…..so stop spreading your poor victim entitled inherent African generational mentality and mindset!!!'
It looks like Southern California in the 70s with way less people
Absolutely awesome
Pity about the robbery and violence
Clifton isn’t all that… the traffic and noise is awful… and the crowds…🤮
I've been robbed in two places. Cape Town (knifepoint) and New Orleans (gunpoint). Both in broad daylight in "safe" areas.
😂, only nice part of Africa, because of the residents
Excellent video, well done man. The quality of your footage and insights are great. As a Capetonian it really was great to watch!
Camps bay 🔥🇿🇦🌍
South Africans don't do a dry wall so automatically all houses in South Africa are better than the USA and Australia
3 million is the price of a pigeon box in comparison in Singapore. You'll get a standard 3Beds condo for that price.
bantry bay swear to god bro dropped of a lady that was the neighbour of the president was i shocked to see the president body guard detail chilling on the hills blew my mind i thought she was talking crap
If you can afford it buy…. Dont come with black white shit.
Rich and poor in this post aparheid city where many still live in informal settlements while others live in extreme wealth.
I would like to buy a property there, is it possible as EU national?
Clifton of course😅
rich white people deserve to live in decent conditions and raise their children in a safe environment where they have access to clean water and education. Respect
My prayer for you who ever watches this master piece may you win 🏆

iLovu South Africa❤❤ inshallah on day coming
And you think those whites will let go of all that? They would rather go to war than allow that happen
Why does Nigeria claims that they are the Giants of Africa 🤦🏽♂️
Clifton is massively overrated. You are living right on top of other people and the beaches are overcrowded.
Llandudno is way better if you ask me. Or if you want something more quiet, St James / Kalk Bay.
Coming from a nigerian? what do you know about our country?
You are talking a lot of bullshit. Whites only????
Hout Bay looks really nice and cozy, so green.
Olá
Hi..its Llandudno❤
I loved CPT when I have visited twice . Unfortunately SA is SA and the political situation is too unstable to really invest such sums when a Mugabe type despot (Zuma) could be just be around the corner . I think for me the Marina was attractive or Hout Bay .
YOU SHOULD DO PRETORIA
Abit squished in!
Could you please mention the "silver city" shanty towns surrounding these areas. I saw them recently.
Dr Umar would die a thousand deaths if he saw this video.
The comments are so innocent and positive
To me this beauty is sad because of the history, the inequality and people still suffering and dying 30 years into our democracy (since 1994)
