Breaking up with my ex was indeed extremely hard. From seeing each other everyday to nothing. It felt like funerals
I have been thru a few break ups like this and it feels like their ripping you’re heart out you’re chest 😅
Well well well, good thing I can't get attached to anyone in the first place
My heart literally hurts like a heart attack
She was a tough one to leave.
trauma trauma…..
Yeah, it sucks
I have been there. Horrific. Not in that place anymore, though, thankfully.
It perfectly describes that awful and horrible feelings I had when I left my two toxic relationships.😢
On the brighter side, it’s a liberating feeling. Thanks God, he gave me the courage to let go of myself. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
My God! I just realized that’s what happened to me!
We are not your experiment
What should we do if we feel that much pain it feel like just go an hug a person and patch up agin
Is this more prevalent in those with anxious attachment styles?
I left my x after 40 years . I went thru horrible withdrawal from him . I actually damaged my heart because of my broken heart . I didn’t eat for 3 months
She is definitely in the group of "some people" 😂
I can confirm that I was literally in physical pain🙈
For some reason i hear her with an indian accent😅
Been there done that never again 😂
Now I'll help her pack 😂
I'll never let a woman take away my happiness
True it also happens if someone love died in your arms you love it puts us in a helpless place broken heart disease even if they come back to life
Love can literally be an addiction. Slaa is a recovery group etc.
like a loved one passing away 😢
I always deal with this…always
If your goal is marriage do not “commit” to a boyfriend / girlfriend. Rotational date until marriage. This is how it’s done in the east. Of course there is no sex before marriage, but I know the culture is different in the states.
Nope… never had that craving…never.😮
yes, poor kitty, I have heartache and don't want another kitty after this sadness. 😅
Who is the lady speaking
?
I hate a sense of heartbreak. It’s painful and the body feels like a big hollow. Yes the withdrawal. Yes the addiction. Ohhh it’s traumatic.
Call me crazy but it sounds crazy to hear people talk about break up or divorce like that. I think the problem nowadays is the lack of attachment the lack of missing someone. It’s become so normalized to move on quickly to recover quickly that what love is really supposed to feel like gets a crazy stigma aka an addiction stigma. Personally I feel that what people think is normal is just instant gratification those feelings are supposed to be mutual and normal and yes we’re supposed to move on however while accepting those feelings. I believe that’s how we heal and move on. I think everything is backwards nowadays it’s true that people don’t work out and we must move on but it sounds off to think people don’t feel some attachment to anyone these days or at least that was my interpretation of the video
Yea, it's called LOVE, and it's powerful.
Trauma bonds are so real 😢
This is me and it’s paralyzing.💔🥲
I've experienced that. I really felt my heart physically broken for a long time.
I think this kind of a reaction to a breakup is a little crazy and the person most likely needs to work on themselves.
