All of those age tests are completely worthless. I’m 51 and my test says I’m 26. I don’t think there’s any accuracy to them.

I relied on sun exposure when I worked outside, shirt off doing concrete. Now 10k daily supplement. NW OryGONE.

My mission is to realistically reduce my epigenetic age by at least 10-15 years. I witness my current day advantage contrasted vis-a-vis my parents early illnesses…etc.
