  3. I just want to add you don’t have to intermittent fast EVERY DAY. If you don’t like it, before you quit, try only doing it on the weekends for a couple weeks. Especially because we are more likely to want to have more freedom of choice to eat out with friends and stuff on the weekends.

  6. Love this video! Very motivating! I have been in a caloric deficit for 8 weeks I’m on week 9 and I’ve lost 16 pounds but last week I gained 3… nothing changed … 1 day later I lost 3 pounds so guessing water weight? I feel a bit discouraged … I’m over 400 pounds so idk why it isn’t easier! Has that happ to you? Some weeks you don’t loose and gain? Then loose again? Also I did recalculate and I’m still in a 700 caloric deficit

  9. This is great! I've been using MyFitnessPal for 2 months lost 18 pounds. So going by that formula i hope by the summer i will be down to 200. My goal is 130, I'm trying to be skinny lol Thanks for your info💋👍
