I thought it's only in Kenya where you send money to the family to build for you but they will not do that they keep on sending pictures for others people properties you end up creating enemies with the family
Mmmm…no lie said here
The way he revealed this information is great. Actually, property buying in some African countries is lease for 99 years but people hardly care about it because they believe that is a very long time to bother with. Also, he's right in saying, don't trust people with your property except reputable firms that can sue and be sued. This is a really great share.
This is very educational people should invest in properties

You can imagine our recording keeping abilities, by 99 years, they would have forgotten – my brother, my sister the land is yours forever 😂😂
Buying land in Ghana……….too many information required
Oh yes, Ghana derive their laws from the British and in Britain land is leased for 99 years so it makes sense that the same laws apply to Ghana. The problem is buyers are not made aware of this and even sometimes the sellers don't know hence land stay in a family from generation to generation. I don't know if resale can break the chain of lease.
In Ghana, most of the chiefs own the lands
It’s crucial to be well informed before buying land in Ghana.
Mr man has explained everything very well thank you but for me I will never trust any laws of our country concerning investing in property they will be the ones to 419 you first 🤣😫
I support that position of your money your foot to build your own house gradually
Hold down a minute Ghana like England oo you don’t own the land ‘WHAT’ 🙀

Nice and interesting tips thanks for sharing
If you are abroad and you want to develop your property, gather yourself and go home and do it yourself. Don't trust anyone to build for you because they will use your money and tell you stories. I like that he said don't give it to anyone you know, get someone you can arrest if things didn't go right.
This experience he shared, is not only in Ghana. It is even worse in Nigeria. You buy land from landlord coming back to see you are not the only person he sold that particular piece of land to. People are mean. I I love he is sharing it for people to be very careful when it comes to acquiring property in Ghana.
This bad habit of selling a parcel of land to many people at a time should stop.
This interview is very educative
Great tips to know before one go into land property.
Great advice , build at your own pace. Not competing with anyone. Get a professional to manage your property, I love this advice . Don't wait to get a lump sum of money before buying a property. So much great advice. I've enjoyed listening to you both. Thanks for sharing
