@DrDanielMasaba

I truly believe buying land as your first investment is a Terrible Idea. What do you think? Leave your thoughts in the comment section below

@sandraayebazibwe6205

Buy land because they are not manufacturing it any more!

@CyberSyncSolutions

That's your opinion, and I respect it, but I don't agree. Some people succeed with land as their first investment, while others don't; every business has its risks, so just follow your instincts, and if it works, great if not, it's just part of the learning experience.

@darlingtonngwenya8678

Where did you learn your economics. The land appreciate with 5% and inflation is 6% so you lose 1%.. That is the most dulliest thing l have ever heard.

@FARZIBRO

😂😂😂aaaaa

@yamhlaba

The white farmers in SA are no longer buying land, they rent.

@MukhwanaRose

I need this before reaching there, yeah

@pierremcintosh951

Most people are listening but not hearing the valid points this guy is making in the video..

@samuelbuwembo6334

Buy land

@danielrwodzi1628

I agree with u on that buying land as a 1st investment is not a good idea at all because that money can start a business which can later by land without straining ur pocket

@Paul-lg4gg

I love this man . Inspiring all of us.

@abbeyrazzaq5058

African solutions to African problems. For a salary earner in Africa buying land for whatever reason can be the best thing despite its disruptions in cashflow. Cashflow is more of business than daily living

@maneno_kairuki

Very informative

@khumbomagaleta3148

Buy land and plant trees for timber in 7 or 10 years you'll be a millionaire

@albertomagdua7109

Anybody is entitled to his own conviction..Put God first and His righteousness and God will add you all..

@evodiaaloyce3670

Wow this was smart

@alfredkingstone5581

Thank yo Mr Daniel fo changing my mind now, better to invest in things gives you faster cash and build after than to use cash on things doesn't bring quick cash 😊

@bettysanyu765

If dumber p’ple outsmart the brilliant? then they are dumb😂

@YamYam-jl1zn

Bank and money can vanish anytime, but land will be around forever. Are you ok?

@rusagusajeanfelilx8674

So, all of that is to be able to buy land?

@kondimwanza5599

I get your point ☝️

@JosephatOyirwoth

Why many businesses fail after 5years

@EssayMaestro

whne we mean buy land, buy good one.

@mauricecerulo4609

The speaker seems to own no land,technically.

@lisemakoso3349

I agree with you, doctor. If you have a very limited amount of money, it's much better to work on Cashflow first, then invest later
I recently learned this after i brought a few lands and lost 7 years of my life on opportunity cost.

@gabisilemabuza4099

Doc, can I have your WhatsApp number. I need some advice.

@BarbieBillie101

This is a wonderful information I totally understand everything 😊thank you so much sir

@martinkumimanu7013

You said your father had land. It is sometimes risky because some land owners might give you the opportunity to extend the lease agreement. It works either ways.

@justinmagotti

Well I am taking your advice with a pinch of salt..if you think of long term investment..Land is one of the best investments ever..whatever the scenario land will always appreciate in value

@busajjamoses

guys buy land.

@OGENRWOTHBRIAN

Thanks for sharing

@LeteniPittard

@zainakulabako2916

I get you man

@NativeNaMangyan

you are trained to be a good consumer not a good producer.

@idowum

I strongly disagree with the advice given. Land typically appreciates in value over time, and it's a valuable asset that can generate more wealth. I understand that you may have had the privilege of using your father's land to start your farming business, but not everyone has access to family-owned land or similar resources.

I'm extremely disappointed with the one-sided advice, which seems to cater only to those with similar privileges, and neglects the perspectives of others like myself who may be facing different circumstances.

@mirembewinfred5353

In Africa, there's no way you can convince people not to buy land . That's the first thing we are mentored

@IamMUZEYI

Sometimes you have to lose something to get something! Talk about the life cycle of a butterfly..

Guys, buy land 1st. This man's view of not buying land is wrong! For his case he was lucky his father had land on which he started his businesses! For us who don't have such fathers with land, we should hustle hard to get land 1st !!

@zanellatutu6735

Everything has its prod and cons so don't capitalise on the cons of something to drive the narrative of your white capital monopoly masters like Klaus Schwaab who want to buy all the land and own everything while telling us to own nothing and be happy

@Adu-Twum

I know at the end of the day, he will say buy land, after years of research I did: I conclude that land, bitcoin and resourceful company share is another way of deflation
Do not buy an asset with your pressure money if you are thinking of long term

@Nafula-rz6bt

Dr have 5m as capital can you help me on how to start my layers poultry farming

@jallalyusuf8499

Dr, Daniel I think you missed the 2nd factor be because I didn’t see it
