@yahanmensah5102

He really sounds like he’s from Toronto 😂

$84-$300k for an apartment??? Y’all are nutty 🥜 17:20

@askme8840

Why the lies there are no houses in that area for $90K. False advertisement is not cool at all

@darlayjones669

Buying a smart home in a place with extremely poor infrastructure and persistent brown outs, isn't a smart move at all.

@ek6764

Do not be fooled guys. This home is not for even $150,000

@lindaboakye1867

How much is a three bedroom home and a two bedrooms? Where in Accra is it located pls. Pls plant cherry blossom trees or pine trees. Style is very nice. Completely amazing. Where does one parks a vehicle?

madam all your videos are so boring. you don't do the necessary touring but rather you just create a conversation about the ideas of your guest. please don't take it personal just do your homework and make your videos more entertaining.

@frankpowell380

Cheap labor in ghana. These real estate companies want to make fortune overnight

How many cars parking to each gome, kitchen is well done.

@Boloblazer

Thats nothing local about these buildings. All these appliances are fom abroad.
Im not jealous of him and i respect his hustle but these houses are overpriced. Way too overpriced.
For me building or buying a real estate in the western World is way better than buying or building in ghana because the sell on rate in abroad is higher.
I have aquired a two storey building together with my wife in Germany and now the sell on rate is massive. The prices here for houses or real estates are crazy.

One problem in Ghana is our maintainance culture. Most houses are left to ruins.Thats why if u are building in Ghana build something portable you can maintain

@BlackSoul-77

IF THEY OVERPRICE AND PEOPLE DONT BUY IT AND BUILD BY THEIR SELF ALL THE DEVELOPERS WILL STOP THOSE HIGH PRICES

@lilywilliams6088

Wow you are looking beautiful and so young ❤

@Yaa13

That's my mix, too. Other way around. Dad is Kwahu, ma was Ga.

@kdapaah

Sound is awful 😮

@InnGodWeTrust

Very nice.

@MeNd3

Wow that’s beautiful! I wish my house looked that good 😍😍. I hope to one day visit Ghana it looks so beautiful ‼️

@zebharbenshallom836

I will buy a property in Australia for the same price(s), and the return will be substantial. Why should I pay such an amount in Gahna with its underdeveloped surroundings?

@67DrWatson

A studio for $80-100k plus?! Please tell me you're joking. Accra's infrastructure is a joke with the open gutters, pot holes in the roads the size of craters, consistently poor internet connection (not a good idea with this smart home set up), light off and a host of other problems. I've travelled there 4 times since 2018 and it hasn't changed one iota. Seriously that needs to get sorted first before charging these ridiculous prices for flashy pre-fab structures. A railway system or tram network wouldn't go amiss either with the roads so congested with cars.

@shawnamontgomery6040

The beautiful Chanel did a great interview. I love the houses and the Ghanaian real estate business man's perspective on African heritage in Ghana and the rain water harvesting.

@chrisd9608

Brother got it all, style, class, vision, wisdom, knowledge and above all culture and swag, wishing you continue success in your journey. Big ups and respect 👏🫶👌🍺

@akuaboachie

Very intriguing indeed. I will definitely check it out, and thanks Chanel for sharing.

@ahmadoud94

Chanel is ❤❤❤ real representation of the African Women we love 😊😊😊

@hardworker1503

They build in Ghana but not for the ordinary Ghanaian to be able to afford it. Even some Ghanaians in the diaspora cannot afford this. Too overpriced

@clementkyei6076

Great minds in the dispora are trying to come back home to help build and move this nation forward. Instead of the politicians helping to accelerate the progress, they are foolishly disgracing us with issues like galamsey, poor roads, and CORRUPTION!. How would the many others who could also come back to invest be motivated? It's disheartening, but kudos to you guys. It shall be well

@mykoolo1

I think a lot of you are not looking at the bigger picture. This building is nice, but did you see how it encroaches on all the surrounding properties? They no longer have any privacy as they are being overlooked by this huge building. There is also a safety issue. Heaven forbid a "Grenfell Tower" type issue. The landscape and heritage of this area has not been considered.

@andrewstadeker7679

That background noise takes away from the presentation 😢

@queenbecky5695

Very proud 🥲 of them, well done 👍🏾

@afiogem

Any service charges, if so how much??.

@KwameAcheaw-c8w

Waow boateng I have just subscribed to your channel 🇩🇪 I live in Germany 🇩🇪 and this particular project has really stunned me.

Fantastic project

@elizabethgilman5575

Guys be careful, Sucasa property is a diaspora, he has taken 80% of my hard working dollars for two years with no house, Sucasa and some of this development are nothing but scammers

♥️ Beautiful Blessings

@martinakar7903

Is this property still available for sale, and is this still $ 89,000 let me know

@amira_shmira

There’s buzzing in the background of the video.

@adwoaowarewaa2916

Personally think developers in Ghana overprice their properties !

I past by this development all the time whilst in Accra. It’s eye catching. As an aspiring developer one can only take one’s hat off to the 100 project.

@stnewmann8213

Kwahu people are millioners

@carleneedwards3069

this price is for studio

I think the greater investment is coming from Ghanaians living abroad. I'm proud of them.
