@danzelimako

I have a question, if you buy house and land there do you have to pay land taxes for the rest of your life or lose your property like here in the united states?
My logic is, if you own your own home and land without taxes and it is fully paid for, you can survive with or without a job for the rest of your life

@ndumisoshandu1460

I am glad I bumped into this channel, your content is spot on.

@tebogomokoene7967

Hi Ashley im a black South African lady, just discovered and love your channel, talking about land, so much of it in rural areas. North West province.

@purpleglitter9596

The recent deleting of melinated diasporans in Africa had made me second guess the idea of going to Africa. I'm not sure the continent is ready for us because some of them resent people coming a buying a bunch of land down there.

@TheRenaissanceAmazon

The land I come from is America. Not Africa. Do you have any ancestors that you know of that were born and burried in Africa? Where are your people from in Africa? Vitamin D deficiencies all over the world. Including in Africa because most people are wearing too many clothes. And we don't need to go to Africa to be in the sun. There is plenty of sun in the Americas, just not in the Northern part of North America. But we also got Vitamin D from the food. That is why tradtional foods such as liver, and cod liver oil was so important. If you are in the sun and all covered up, you can't make any Vitamin D from the sun anyway. But where are your people from in South Africa?
American Indians cared for the land better than anyone on the planet. Americans don't need to move to Africa to live off of the land. Many of us have already been doing that.

@NQA1209

Thank you Ash
from Port Elizabeth, SA

@VictorShongwe

YOU ARE WELCOME TO VISIT ESWATINI!

@VictorShongwe

SO ENLIGHTENING ASHLEY. IM IN AFRICA CLOSE TO SA AND I BELIVE IN ATTACHMENT TO THE LAND. IN 1994 SA COULD NOT ADDRESS THE LAND ISSUE AND ITS AN ALBATROSS HANGING AROUND THE NECK OF EVERY SOUTH AFRICAN GOVT. WHILST BLACKS ARE STUCK WITH BLING LIFESTYLE, THE WHITES DID NOT LET GO OF THE LAND. IM INTERESTED IN AGRI-BUSINESS ANY IN WHICH YOU WOULD GREATEST IMPACT. LETS DO IT!

@NinohBrown

Land expropriation in South Africa and the whole Africa will only work and be implemented when all African countries unite and most importantly trading and doing business amongst themselves (United States of Afrika) or BRICS. Zimbabwe tried to expropriate land from colonisers they ended up being sanctioned and excluded from the global economy.

Most people don't know this but Nelson Mandela wanted to nationalize land and mines in 1994, the West retaliated and made it clear to him that should he touch land and mines they were gonna sanction SA and invade, till this day our neighbour Botswana is home to a US military Base created for an invation of SA, diplomatically there is no love lost between SA and botswana.

@ericbozeman264

I know this is about SA land ownership, still it appears the awakening among Africans here in America and those on the Continent regarding land. More Blacks here in the U.S. are growing their own food, buying land, cobbling together to buy land to live on in safe spaces. It's important here, and I would say that it's important there as well. As many wealthy Black Africans in SA as well as African Americans need to start buying and controlling huge parcels of land for US. Other people, whom don't have our best interest at heart are buying more and more rural land. We need our own land.

@joschkahurst

3:00 Please don't just say the west, we are all not the same in the west, if you had moved to Carriacou your life would have been totally different than the USA.

@kliquest

Hi Sista Ash, Please look at the Wild Coast in Eastern Cape, it’s one of the most beautiful places in South Africa, it has great potential for international tourism. It has a solid cultural environment and breathtaking landscape. The region is royal land belonging to amaMpondo people

@QueenJodiandAP

Thank you for this video ❤❤

@user-kg3lc5uv8f

Can you speak on TAXES? Cost of land upkeep?

@AntonsClass

Love that you touched on vitamin D deficiency. Sun exposure is vital, and when we are so far North we suffer the consequences.

@williamwebbs1952

Another great vlog today and you are right Land is generational wealth and generational peace of mind 👊🏿👊🏿👊🏿

@welcomepe

Hi Ashley I am so delighted to have watched this video. I am a South African based in the UK and would love to get myself back focus on investing where required. This is related to liaising with Nkosi and Nduna in getting land like that. I belong to the generation of the 70s and lost touch with home. I need come back be in a safe space within the village. I would love to be part of the tour around Sept 2024. Thank you again for sound wisdom of encouragement.

@marlonpierre9832

@ashley In Africa…it is so sad to see how lost my people are when it comes to our identity 🤦🏾‍♂️. No disrespect sista this is my first time coming across your video so I don't know your story. However I did hear you say that we were birth from the landmass known today as Africa and this is not so.
I won't go back and forth with you on this but what I do know is clearly you are not informed. If you were, then there is no way you would make such a ridiculous statement. The Rockefeller education system here in the United States has really indoctrinated our people. Why do y'all give so-called 'white people' so much power over your minds🤷🏽‍♂️? Y'all really believe these people are powerful enough to come to a landmass and REPEATEDLY capture and separate us from our families with no consequences or retaliation from us whatsoever??? Do you understand how foolish the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade sounds???
Put it this way… today, how often would you and your family allow strangers to enter your home to beat and separate yourselves from each other???
😃😂🤣child please!!! This is why our people walk around today with a 'victim mentality' because you view yourselves as slaves taken from your home SMH. You are a Prisoner of War…there is a big difference.
Africa is not the origin of so-called 'black people' hell African's ancestry Do Not have African origins. Their Ancestors are Atlanteans who migrated to ALKEBULAN…known today as Africa.
Now, 'African Americans' our Ancestors come from the land mass called Lemuiria also known as MU which btw, actually predates Africa 🤷🏽‍♂️. They migrated to the Americas after the Great War between Lemuiria and Atlantis. We were repopulated in the Americas and Africa as the beings we are today which is much smaller and less advanced than our Ancestors who were giants. Lemuiria and Atlantis still exists today. Some land was destroyed and sank in the ocean from the war and some landmass has not but we are not allowed to inhabit or fly over any of it because you will be blown out of the water or shot down from the sky by the US Military 🪖. Anyway I wish our people would stop disrespecting our Ancestors and use common sense. Y'all get mad when white people say we all look the same but you use the same mindset saying we all come from Africa. It's not a coincidence that the African Government NEVER came to your defense of the so-called Atlantic Slave Trade or gave you dual citizenship 🤷🏽‍♂️. Let that sink in!!

@deboragittens3363

You're absolutely correct about grounding and the sun Ashley.

@gerrytushh

Thanks Ashley. Your number one fan in Uganda endorses this message. Our African diaspora brothers, sisters and "cousins" (those who imagine they are indigenous to the Americas!!) need to come back home and own part of this beautiful African land, because it is their true inheritance (and it is huge!!). There is no more time to waste!!

@victorbeasley7031

Happy New Years, Ashley, I wish you much success in 2024.

If you have any info please let me know.😊

@kojomensah7474

Each schools needs to have their own land so they can sustain themselves

@Your_Brother_Jon

I wonder who bought the land in the first place to think they should be about to sell. Especially if they haven't added any improvements. Then increase the price from what they were originally selling…

@sobongilemaruping1988

Thank you Ashley for a video that reminds us about going back to basics. Where we come from and prepare a stable future for our families that is debt free.❤❤

@our10picks18

At 3:31 You’re so right Ashley! Let the delusional few who claim that “black Americans” are not “Africans” continue to stay and remain indigenous to the Americas! ✌️

@khayamtintsilana52

Sadly, the struggle for land reconquest was overshadowed by that of civil rights and removing apartheid discriminatory laws.
