I have a question, if you buy house and land there do you have to pay land taxes for the rest of your life or lose your property like here in the united states?
My logic is, if you own your own home and land without taxes and it is fully paid for, you can survive with or without a job for the rest of your life

Hi Ashley im a black South African lady, just discovered and love your channel, talking about land, so much of it in rural areas. North West province.
The recent deleting of melinated diasporans in Africa had made me second guess the idea of going to Africa. I'm not sure the continent is ready for us because some of them resent people coming a buying a bunch of land down there.
The land I come from is America. Not Africa. Do you have any ancestors that you know of that were born and burried in Africa? Where are your people from in Africa? Vitamin D deficiencies all over the world. Including in Africa because most people are wearing too many clothes. And we don't need to go to Africa to be in the sun. There is plenty of sun in the Americas, just not in the Northern part of North America. But we also got Vitamin D from the food. That is why tradtional foods such as liver, and cod liver oil was so important. If you are in the sun and all covered up, you can't make any Vitamin D from the sun anyway. But where are your people from in South Africa?
American Indians cared for the land better than anyone on the planet. Americans don't need to move to Africa to live off of the land. Many of us have already been doing that.

Land expropriation in South Africa and the whole Africa will only work and be implemented when all African countries unite and most importantly trading and doing business amongst themselves (United States of Afrika) or BRICS. Zimbabwe tried to expropriate land from colonisers they ended up being sanctioned and excluded from the global economy.
Most people don't know this but Nelson Mandela wanted to nationalize land and mines in 1994, the West retaliated and made it clear to him that should he touch land and mines they were gonna sanction SA and invade, till this day our neighbour Botswana is home to a US military Base created for an invation of SA, diplomatically there is no love lost between SA and botswana.
I know this is about SA land ownership, still it appears the awakening among Africans here in America and those on the Continent regarding land. More Blacks here in the U.S. are growing their own food, buying land, cobbling together to buy land to live on in safe spaces. It's important here, and I would say that it's important there as well. As many wealthy Black Africans in SA as well as African Americans need to start buying and controlling huge parcels of land for US. Other people, whom don't have our best interest at heart are buying more and more rural land. We need our own land.

This is related to liaising with Nkosi and Nduna in getting land like that. I belong to the generation of the 70s and lost touch with home. I need come back be in a safe space within the village. Africa is not the origin of so-called 'black people' hell African's ancestry Do Not have African origins. Their Ancestors are Atlanteans who migrated to ALKEBULAN…known today as Africa.
Now, 'African Americans' our Ancestors come from the land mass called Lemuiria also known as MU which btw, actually predates Africa 🤷🏽♂️. They migrated to the Americas after the Great War between Lemuiria and Atlantis. We were repopulated in the Americas and Africa as the beings we are today which is much smaller and less advanced than our Ancestors who were giants. Lemuiria and Atlantis still exists today. Some land was destroyed and sank in the ocean from the war and some landmass has not but we are not allowed to inhabit or fly over any of it because you will be blown out of the water or shot down from the sky by the US Military 🪖. Anyway I wish our people would stop disrespecting our Ancestors and use common sense. Y'all get mad when white people say we all look the same but you use the same mindset saying we all come from Africa.
