So highly processed vegetable oils are healthy for us and butter is bad for us right? Here’s how they’re both made:
First, seeds are exposed to high heat and pressed too extract the oil. Heating increases the yield but can oxidize the oil, which makes it…

Both toxic !
But there's nothing dangerous or unhealthy about the oils. The hexane was removed. Using big words doesn't make something dangerous.
I just had a slice of butter for my eggs is that bad
Exhibit A: someone who thinks he's a smart human being and sarcastically calling humans the smartest
Butter please 😊
Never in my life have I heard that vegetable oil was healthy.
Love a bit of sarcasm in the morning time!!!😂
imagine going against sientific research from places like Harvard😂😂😂
I like the way expose the truth about about those some belive the veg oil came directly from veg while crushing them
Actually for cooking ghee is better since butter doesn’t do well with high heat but for low heat it’s great
Why do people even make these kinds of shorts? There's so much info cut out. It is just misleading and try to put people against one another.
The key words here are 'saturated' and 'polyunsaturated' fats. You wanna avoid saturated for the most part and want polysaturated. When choosing oils you want them cold-pressed. Good oils for cooking (even on high heat) is rapeseed oil and for dressing for example you wanna use flaxseed oil. If an oil contains of lots of polysaturated fats you should not heat them up very much, idealy not at all. Reason is that the groups of the polysaturated fats will break down once heated above a certain temperature. With that it loses its healthy content.
Ive literally never heard anyone say that processed oils are "good" for you. Theyre both bad in sufficiently high quantities. Like eeeeverything else.
Yuck oil.. home chemist wont eat a synthesized compount say a flavoring compound because of residue and other compounds that formed because chemistry is not straightforward
Both super high in calories
American Heart Association must be sued.😮
Yap.
Neither is good lol, olive oil is probably your best bet because it doesn’t go through nearly as many processing steps
lol'd
Cold pressed oil ?
Thats how REAL butter is made. 99% of the stuff on the shelfs in america isnt even butter its just oils. I think this is where the statment butter is more unhealthy comes from
Don’t forget vegetable oil and all its variation were originally machine lubricants
I think its pretty clear that vegetable oil isnt pro inflammatory.
Appeal to Nature Fallacy.
Bot are unhealthy but vegetable doesnt have cholesterol. Try cold pressed mustard oil.
I’ve heard information to to contrary, vegetable oils are allegedly only determental if re heated
This is probably one of the worst, most unintelligent channels attempting to be intelligent. Try harder.
Any other oil other than veg oil is expensive here in indonesia
Neither are particularly healthy to consume in large quantities. Chemical treatment does not make food unhealthy, nor do ‘natural processes’ make food healthy.
Generally speaking, if you want to be “healthy,” try to make it so that the majority of the fats you consume comes from the meats you consume, and limit your nut oil/butter intake.
I don't know vegetables oil are healthy either.
Both of them are bad for you. Thanks for sharing. Push life to the edge
this guy when he finds out theres bleach and dihydrogen monoxide in tap water:
Which one is more dangerous lead or vaccine. Vaccines are made up of chemicals created in a lab, lead is a natural material found in the earth don't use vaccine inject lead instead.
Olive, avocado, coconut, and those sorts of oils are actually healthy. Seed oils, on the other hand, such as canola oil, sunflower oil, or "vegetable" oil are all extremely unhealthy.
Who the fuck ever said "highly processed oils are good for you" 💀 this is non existent debate, people are afraid of oils (rven too much sometimes)
High IQ needed 😅
Making clarified/ghee butter is so simple physical process, the only problem is heating for a few hours.
When idiots fail high school chemistry class and join youtube!
If you think natural = healthy and artificial = toxic, try swapping a random mushroom you found for your prescription meds.
Butter all the way baby!
Refined oil is unhealthy because it has nothing to offer in terms of health. The more complex, and raw an oil is, the more health value it offers. Butter is a healthier variant because it has a more complex makeup and is not refined to extract all the supposed impurities.
