As Bukimbiri county prepares to go to the polls, Vice President Jessica Alupo has rallied voters to maintain their strategic partnership with NRM by voting the NRM flag bearer Eddie Kwizera.
The Vice President was in Kisoro to rally support for the NRM party in general and the flag bearer in particular.
