Hi Bro! This House behind yur building daee i don't lyk the Idea, becus this House is build on a hill top which the ground is much more higher than yur House. The House owner should'nt hav build more than 2 floors and also frm the looked of it this House IS Not strong and If it collaps it falls direct on yur House.
