Bro what of if the land is registered in company name and you the individual u went and bought it from someone who bought it from the company the person who bought it have 2 plots and he sold 1 to you without any documents so how can you do to get ur documents cos u went to start building and the person who bought the land from de company they haven't give him any land documents what they give him is only recept so you the second buyer can you start your building or there will be a problem but the person u bought one land from him has built his house
Can you also build without the land document but u hav ur building plan already can u build without any problems
