Way too high again…Iy looks like you guys are overly charged. You might want to get a local contractor to handle all of your stuffs…I'm sure it will be wayy less. These price is even higher than what architect charges in the UK.

Your prices are both too much but I don’t blame you. That’s Ghana pple for you. I paid for all of your services for 3600ghc for three storey building; ground Floor and first floor is commercial and second floor is residential. Total of 14 bedrooms. Let me know if anybody wants number for my architect. He is so good and I will recommend him.

You guys must have a lot of money……you spent 5000 Gh Cedis on architectural and he couldn't stamp…print and bind? Wow 12000 cedis. I can understand how you want all to be perfect .

My building plan for a 5 bedrooms cost me ghc3800. This includes the 2D and 3D, structural and engineering drawings. The 3D looks great. This was last year Match 2020. The company did a good job for me.
