If you set aside about 50 million dollars you can get all proper equipment you want maybe you don’t buy from US because it’s expensive but you can buy from Europe or ASIA it maybe cheaper
Last time I contacted GHANA fire service with a project deal on a programming which I have developed to help Fire service workers get to affected points earlier, they told me “masa masa we don’t need it” just because I charged 5million cedis for it.
I don’t think it’s always about corruption, sometimes patriotism drives individuals to be better and to want better. If there were core values that were strictly upheld, there would be accountability. Ghana is a moral country until the subject in question is corruption or accountability. 🤷🏾♂️
