Very similar to my version, which is nice, I feel like I'm doing something right. Instead of soy sauce I use the very German thing that is Maggi sauce (because fresh lovage can be hard to come by), instead of fresh chilli I use sweet paprika powder, and I don't put onions in there.

Black garlic and rosemary. Grind the rosemary with salt then blend into mashed black garlic and unsalted butter. I use it on the reg.

How long does it keep in the fridge? Will the added herbs and pepper start to go bad in the butter if it's in the fridge for too long?
Such a great, easy thing to do to level-up foods! I WILL be doing this with sweet potatoes very soon. Side note: I couldn't breathe through my nose when I was pregnant either. Huge bummer.
