1st of all I'm not a buharist. These bills are nothing to write home about they are all filled with irregularities, confusion and loopholes for extortion plus, they lack focus. The NA gave Buhari's legal counsels a flawed bill and they were right to advice the president to decline. 2ndly, the members of the NA especially the Senate are expected to know better. They have just shown us how lazy they were let's see how lazy they can be with these new houses
Buhari is a basic illiterate. How do you expect him to understand such bill as the Digital bill.
