  1. This is to show that no one have power expect the Almighty Allah. He said he was going to rule the Gambia for one billion years. Evil, wicked dictator who terriozed the whole Gambian population for twrnty-two years. He rule the Gambia with an iron fist, oppression, torture, inhuman treatment towards the Gambian citizens and foreginers. Rot in hell in Equatorial Guinea evil man.

  2. President yahya jammeh we love you today an forever you are out best president ever all what they saying or posting in YouTube it all lying jammeh remain our best we Miss you jammeh

  3. The west will convince ignorant people that the leader who cares about them is the one against them. We have seen it over and over here in Africa. They did the same to Muammar Gaddafi

  4. Wife’s family is Asian they love the casino. Father in law would drop 30k year. He would have VIP parking for years. When he retired he became fixed income. He goes still. But it’s limited. I used to go to the casino but not gamble. Now I just flat out refuse. We had an uncle get cancer. He spent his last 2 years at the casino every day. You think he would spend it with family. It’s disgusting gambling.

  5. After all these struggles, the president Barrow wants to entrench himself in power and staying longer than Jammeh. No new constitution, no justice for the victims, offenders continue to be around the president while those that put their life on the line are living in abject poverty.. Africa will never learn

  6. Well I’m not deaf and speak English so I know “what you’re saying”

Anyone count how many times that dude said you know what I’m saying. Sorry I can’t stand that. Had to vent.

  7. I am sorry for the families and for the Gambians as a whole who went through this. But the Gambians were lucky that the West wanted Jammeh to go. That was the determining factor of his being toppled down. Jammeh took his cues from another the Togolese dictator Etienne Eyadema who was the darling of the West. He has committed atrocities as awful, even more, than Jammeh. But he had the backing of the West and is now succeeded by one of his innumerable sons. Tony Blair the former British PM is extending a helping hand to the French to polish the image of Eyadema Jr who stepped into his father's shoes after killing about 1000 Togolese and still killing, silencing any dissenting voice. The appalling hypocrisy of the West is abysmal. Ecowas?! Goodness, it is a French creation now backed by the West as a whole.

  8. it seems like if u want to turn a boy scout into an evil dictator, make him president of Gambia. It comes naturally once u take the throne. side not, this new president has forrest whittaker mannerisms and body language.

  9. How long does it take for Africa to Unite.Young Gambians are living like dogs in Italy jungle no papers beaten by police.Everyday.Why Africans we have no good Story to tell

  10. I applaud the Gambians in their overthrow of the Jammeh government. I remember reading about the brutality of his regime back in 2014 and thought “Jesus, the Gambians are fucked”. But then they decided they had enough, found a leader they can trust (still debatable but overall Barrow is definitely better than Jammeh) and when Jammeh refused to accept he lost, Gambians marched in the streets demanding he does. Their voices were heard as other African countries heard their calls and mobilised to overthrow him if he doesn’t concede. Sadly Jammeh is a free man in Equatorial Guinea, also a brutal dictatorship in Africa, but hopefully he will either be extradited or be stupid enough to come back and get arrested for his crimes. Jammeh said gay people and political opponents were lower than pigs but honestly I think he’s the one lower than a pig. Hopefully Gambians will soon recover from this horrific dictatorship and full justice will be served.

Also I saw a Tajik rapper grovel the Tajik dictator so it’s nice to see Killa Ace go “fuck Jammeh”.

  11. The man had also openly threatened to cut off the heads of gay people and had witch doctors kidnap and torture a thousand people with three of them dying. He’s like North Korea, completely batshit and hilarious but also brutal and psychopathic.

  12. I’m glad to see a positive outcome to this country, but unfortunately the whole continent of Africa needs change. I can’t believe an entire country with so many natural resources and beauty can’t find a way to make that place better for everyone. Clean and running water, proper sewer systems, only one or two currencies instead of all different kinds, and the list goes on. That whole continent could be a super power if people just United and put their heads down and chased success. But there’s also corruption at every level in every country in Africa. Just like the US so I’m not surprised. Wish I could see every African join together and make that place a world super power. Now that would be a great story.

  13. BBC should stay away from African as you guys fuelling war and corruption with no solution . All of you working with this cooperation should be careful of what you asking for . Libya 🇱🇾 still in mess until tomorrow.

  14. Barrow is fat from overfeeding on his time. Let the young lanky fellows too have a go at it. The young shall grow, the old are dying, it happens to all men. Jesus remains the only trustworthy Lord forever ruling in righteousness.

  15. Documentary is good, but why the cameraman shows the poor places not the good places in my country. Long live the united Gambia🇬🇲🇬🇲🇬🇲🇬🇲✊✊💚💚💚
