The two sides of this river are in Gambia but the senegalese are the most benefiters because they will cross Gambia and join the south border towards Casamance or North border towards Kaolack very quickly, without wasting 5 or 6 hours waiting an old ferry.
The bridge is entirely in the gambian territory. The River is not the border between the two countries.
