  1. If they're trying to skirt the MCU as if they're the same thing but separate they got to use different actors. He's a great actor but he's already in the MCU so this makes no sense I don't care if it's a Sony spider-verse if Tom Holland is part of it use different actors

  2. There is reason to believe that he'll be paying Mordo. We're in agreement that they'll want to include Venom in either 'Kang Dynasty' or 'Secret Wars.' The Spider-verse is setting up a significant Sony/MCU crossover.

Sorcerers are essential for navigating the multiverse. Marvel isn't likely to loan Doctor Strange to Sony for a Venom movie for a couple of reasons: 1. He's too important an MCU character to be in a secondary Sony franchise, and 2. Strange has just appeared in two multiverse films.

However, loaning Mordo to Sony to help merge the two worlds would work perfectly. This would include a well-known MCU character with the same power set as Doctor Strange, who has recently appeared in a multiverse film. From a narrative standpoint, this strategy is effective and easily understood by general audiences. Furthermore, adding an MCU character to 'Venom 3' would help boost its notoriety, which it likely needs since 'Venom 2' underperformed 'Venom 1' in both sales and critical acclaim.

The timing also aligns well. 'Venom 3' would likely be released in late 2024, just 2-3 years (adjusting for potential delays) before 'Kang Dynasty' and 'Secret Wars.' There doesn't seem to be any other time slot that would work as well, plus they could use Mordo to explain to Eddie why he moved universes

  3. This isn't the first time they bring an actor from mcu to sonyverse they did that before when they casted aaron as kraven and that henchman who worked for klau in age of ultron as character in morbius

  4. I hope he returns as Mordo in this, not as a new character. Also, I really hope Venom 3 finally gets a R-rating due to too much violence (and especially if Venom bites someone else’s head off) and I hope it’s at least 2hrs unlike the 2nd film “Let There Be Carnage” , which was 1hr 37mins long

  5. People can hate sony marvel universe all they want at least the spider verse give peter b parker a chance to be a father and have a happy marriage unlike marvel comic writers who ruined peter and mj relationships over and over again

  6. In The Incredible Hulk TAS. There was the Dark Entity in the comics known as Shanzar. Nearly unstoppable. Both Hulk and Doctor Strange team up to defeat this character in both animation and comics. He possesses Hulk enters into dark Hulk. That's a character I would like to see brought to live action.
He's almost like a symbiont himself.
He's like an interesting sorcerer supreme symbiont. A symbiont with Dr strange abilities. Shanzar.

  7. Since they killed off Cletus I’m not trusting Sony and Venom and his Villains.
hope they will at least make the Toxin-Cop-Scene pay off, but just another group of baddies that get slaughtered won’t make a good end to the trilogy 😂
