Christmas Potatoes
Another recipe from Santa’s North Pole Cookbook: Theodore Roosevelt’s Pan-Fried Christmas Potatoes.
This recipe starts with Yukon Gold potatoes fried in vegetable oil, to that add rosemary, thyme, salt & pepper. After the potatoes become soft add the onions, garlic, tomatoes and green onion.
Cook till crisp.
