This case is not as it seems. Apparently he was alive some 2-3 hours before arriving at the bank, and the loan had been requested days before (when he was still alive). Keep in mind that he had just got off the hospital due to pneumonia. He was very weak and it's not uncommon for people who are taking care of people who are fragile for so long to get used to the ones being cared of being "off" for large periods of time. It may be the case she was taking advantage of him, but anyhow, this is not black and white as it seems. If he was alive a few hours before getting to the bank , unless the woman was a true psychic, there's no way this was premeditated. Of course, she could be planning to make him sign the loan alive and take advantage of him regardless, but the point stands. Let's wait for further developments before making this woman go through hell. I myself think that there's no way she wouldn't have noticed it, but still, she deserves the benefit of doubt, because there were people who helped her assist the old man before they got to the bank who didn't notice it as well.
