    Democracies are a rare gem and we need to defend them wherever they succeed. My congratulations to President Boko and respect is given to Former President Masisi. It's not often you have a bloodless transition of power even in the era of nation states. From America, I'm hoping Botswana will continue to rise as a regional force for good 🙂

    M in Serowe( Ian Khama's home village), it was so cool during the election day and the following it was even quiet as if nothing happened, pple were busy with everyday usually tasks even today. Botswana in terms peace we are who God want us to be.

    I'm in South Africa, we still have the same ruling party but in this year's elections the there was no outright winner. We now have a coalition government.
