This poor service by our people is all over, nurses, government offices I mean all over. People need to be taught customer service or fired. I don't agree with some of the messaging my sister is sharing. We must insist on goid service, South African or not.
I stay with Zimbabweans and Malawians and they complain about the abuse they suffer in the hands of Whites, Chinese, Nigerian , Arabic and Ethopian employers. Some do not want to pay them and threaten them with Immigration.
